You can learn with me in a private class focused on your needs or a group class where we practice together. I teach both levels in either format. My classes last 1.5–2 hours: I hold one group class each month, and we arrange private classes at a time that suits you.

I’m Patricia Hernández, an experienced makeup artist specializing in bridal, special occasion and editorial makeup, and the founder of my own studio and academy. I continually update my skills and explore current techniques and products so I can share what I learn through clear explanations and guided practice. I teach in English and Spanish, with attention to detail to help you understand each step and adapt it to your face. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, trying things out and discovering your style.

Here’s a selection of my bridal, runway and editorial work. In every look, I focus on skin, precision and what suits each face. I bring that same care to my classes to help you find what works for you.
Before you begin
Do I need experience?
If you’re just starting out, I recommend Volume 1, where I’ll guide you through the fundamentals. If you can already create a basic makeup look, I’ll help you go further in Volume 2. If you’re unsure, message me and we’ll choose your level together.
What language are classes in?
I can teach you in English or Spanish. I’ve also prepared the supporting materials in both languages so you can learn comfortably.
Do I need to buy many products?
We’ll start by reviewing what you already own. Before class, I’ll guide you on the tools and products to bring for practice.
When is it and how long does it last?
My classes last between 1.5 and 2 hours. I hold one group class each month. If you prefer a private class, we’ll arrange a time that suits you.
Is this a professional makeup course?
In these two volumes, I teach you self makeup: we practice techniques on your own face. These classes focus on you and your personal routine and do not award professional certification.
